Who we are

These terms apply to plumbing, heating and gas work carried out by Swift 24-7 Plumbers, 45 Robin Hood Ln, Putney, London SW15 3PU ("we", "us"). You can contact us on 020 4572 3451.

Quotes and pricing

• Scheduled work is quoted at a flat rate before the work starts. The quote states what is included.
• If we find something during the job that was not visible at the time of the quote and changes the work needed, we will explain it and agree any change in price with you before carrying on.
• Payment terms are confirmed in your quote or before an emergency call-out begins.

Our workmanship warranty

Our work carries a 12-month warranty. If a fault caused by our workmanship appears within 12 months of the job, we will return and put it right at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, work by others, or parts and appliances that are covered by their own manufacturer guarantee, which we will help you claim on.

Access and safety

• Please make sure we have safe access to the work area, and let us know about any hazards in the property.
• If we find a gas appliance or installation that is unsafe, we are required to make it safe. This may mean disconnecting it, and we will explain why.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or move a booked appointment, please let us know as early as possible by phone. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights to cancel certain contracts, are not affected by these terms.

Insurance

We hold public liability insurance up to £5 million.
