Top-knotch service from Gavin and his company. Excellent communication throughout. The job was to replace the old boiler thermostat and it went speedily and well. Gavin is cheerful, efficient and very helpful. I'm definitely having him back to install my new bathroom.

Gavin came round to take a look at our leaky toilet at short notice. He came back and fixed it two days later and did a great job. We are very happy with the work he did and will definitely call him again if we need a plumber.

Gavin was friendly and professional. He fixed the toilet flush issue after diagnosing the problem. His flat rate of £108 plus parts was reasonable and payment easy. I would recommend him.

Gavin was extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. GJL diagnosed the problem as best as they could over the phone to ensure they had the right tools for the actual appointment. The only downside is the cost being a tad bit high, but admittedly for a premium service in London, it is comparable to other services.
